The worst part of planning a wedding? The wedding budget. What’s even worse? Trying to make a template work for you and after entering in everything you realize you forgot 50 things and then also it doesn’t even make sense anymore. Like it’s crazy how many things you have to buy for a wedding or at least make sure they are at the location. Like a cake knife! Sure, of course you need it but are you having a special one for you and your spouse or is your catering company cutting the cake? If so, how much does it cost a caterer to cut it? (Did you know it can cost as much as $2 a person for a caterer to cut your cake?!)
Hi, my name is Alissa and I am a chronic over-organizer. And yet I don’t understand Excel as much as my inner nerd would like to. I really hated the idea that a wedding budget meant that I had to deal with Excel.
So, that’s why I took the best of three of the wedding budget templates that I found on wedding planning websites and combined them all into one. You can download this Google sheets wedding budget template and customize it as much as you’d like for your wedding. It’s so easy! Just click to download!
The main thing I wanted was to be able to figure out what everything was going to cost upfront. Then, as I entered it what I wanted, figure out how much I ACTUALLY was spending and see the difference. Some areas come in under budget, some over. This tracker gave me a really good idea of how much leeway I have on things. It’s amazing all expenses you think are going to be cheap but they end up being $900 when you actually had $400 budgeted so you have to find that $500 somewhere. This tracker will help you with that!
So I hope this helps you! Wedding planning is stressful enough, I hope this template will help you stay organized and have your dream day!
