Today is going to be short because I’m still recovering from my birthday weekend in Vegas. Today is the day! I’m 23! Tonight I will be celebrating with Andrew at our favorite Kansas City restaurant and watching lots of TV while resting.
To celebrate my birthday we took a trip to Vegas and this is what I wore for my birthday dinner and show. Andrew treated and surprised me by taking me to the Eiffel Tower casino to a wonderful French restaurant and afterwards we went to Penn and Teller. Because I am a spaz I totally forgot that it gets cold in the dessert and didn’t bring closed-toed shoes so I had to wear tights with slightly open shoes. *GASP* I know. Breaking all kinds of rules right here. Oh, and after walking about a mile in these heels I had to take them off and put on my trusty tennis shoes I threw into my purse. So glad I did that.

22 was an awesome year for me and if I have half as good of a year while 23 I will be incredibly lucky. Thank you all for your support of me! I have made so many great friends and you truly are apart of my everyday life which I love. THANK YOU!

Happy belated birthday gorgeous!!! I'm just catching up on the blog after a bit of personal drama here. You looked fabulous by the way. Nothing wrong with tights and peep toes in the cold weather if they are the same colour. I want a pair of those little fold up ballet flats for my handbag so when I get caught with killer feet I can slip of the heels and still walk around. They come in all sorts of colours and prints now so not so daggy any more. Anyway, I'm glad your birthday was so great and you had fun in Vegas. Now to enjoy the rest of the year.
