Yes, yes, I know most people are halfway drunk at games but so many departments at KU have tailgating events that showing up, putting some effort into your outfit and introducing yourself to some professionals is a wonderful way to meet new people. Networking is constantly only mind this year. I cannot tell you how many times my professors have told us how important this is. Always have your contact information. Always be prepared, always be on your game. Sure, you can still have fun at games but if you put in some thought and energy into a good outfit and introduce yourselves. Trust me, people do notice you if you are in a crowd of thousands of people but you show some initiative!

Networking is not something I'm good at. I can never think of engaging questions, I say stupid things, and afterwords I usually leave praying that person has just forgotten everything I've said. Which is sort of like the opposite of what you should be hoping for when you are trying to network.
But that's me. I'm glad you enjoy it and are good at it, and with a sharp outfit and your fantastic smile, I'm sure everyone is happy to talk to you!

Cute skirt and blouse! I love those sandals too and football games ARE SO FUN! ISU is 0-2 🙁 But I went to the game last week and it was still fun! Also, networking your senior year is the best thing you can do! You just never know who you are going to connect with 🙂

Whew, I'm a little behind on my Adored Life!
Love. This. Outfit. Every piece! Tying your top like that to complement the skirt is so chic, and the necklace and stripes on your skirt goes perfectly! I've seen a few girls with those sandals and they are so cute. Ah I love glitter.
Good for you girl for multi-tasking and using the game to network (you must be a blogger!). So true actually. We didn't have football at my school, but I can imagine it's huge when you have a team, and everyone is there!
